Three directions for Beacon, for your approval

This page compares three theme options. Each has a light and a dark mode. Use the controls at the top to switch between Option A, B and C, then review the logo, colour, type and the core product screens in each.

All figures on this page are sample figures.

Colour and type

Brand primitives stay fixed across options. Each option maps them to semantic roles for light and dark. Every text colour below is checked against the card surface and meets WCAG AA. Amber is never used for body text on light surfaces; a darker amber token covers that.

Calculator

Debt service ratio (DSR) is how banks judge whether you can take on more. The form asks for as little as possible; the result leads with one number, places it on a band, and explains it in plain words.

  • StretchedOver 60%

RM3,400.00 of your RM8,000.00 net monthly income already goes to repayments. Many banks cap DSR at 60% to 70% of net income, so you still have room, but a new loan of more than about RM1,400.00 a month could take you over.

DSR = monthly commitments ÷ net monthly income. Bank limits vary by income and product.
